How to request
repeat medication
Please order your
prescription at least 48 hours before you need it by
either sending or bringing your repeat prescription form
to the surgery, ticking the items you require.
You can also order your repeat prescriptions online.
Requests for repeat
prescriptions will not be taken over the telephone and
we are unable to issue repeat prescriptions at weekends,
public holidays or out of normal surgery hours.
If you are on long term medication you will normally be
required to see the doctor or nurse at least six
monthly.
