Health Visitor
Mrs Karen Williams
We have assigned to our practice
one of the local team of health
visitors.
Karen does a session within the
practice on Tuesday dinnertime at
approximately 12:30 through to
14:30. This is a drop in session and
is intended for well babies for baby
weighing, feeding issues, concerns
about vaccinations, general concerns
and some development checks.
The formal six
week development checks and baby
immunisation sessions loosely
overlap with this session in order
to allow mothers the convenience of
seeing all people easily at one slot
where possible.
It is important to
bear in mind that for ill babies you
may be advised to return later to be
reviewed by the doctor as one is not
necessarily available all the time
at this session.
